TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Payment Terms:-
a. First orders will be on a pro forma basis. Following the first order an account application may be applied for which is subject to satisfactory bank and trade references.
b. Non-Account holders will be on a pro forma basis.
c. Account holders terms are strictly 30 days net.

2. Delivery dates quoted are effective from receipt of camera artwork and order.

3. Goods are quoted ex-works.

4. Delivery will be charged. The majority of the carriage charge incurred reflects the cost of delivery from manufacturer to R&R Business Gifts Ltd.

5. Camera ready artwork is to be supplied or where omitted, will be charged at commercial rates.

6. Manufacturers reserve the right to supply and invoice to a +/- 10% tolerance on actual quantity ordered.

7. All costs quoted are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

9. Prices are correct at the time of quotation. However, due to currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to amend our quotation without notice.

10. Notwithstanding the above, quotations are valid for a maximum of 28 days.

11. All orders are acknowledged with an anticipated date of arrival. Although every effort will be made to ensure that the goods do arrive by the specified date, R&R Business Gifts are unable to guarantee dates of dispatch, and will not be liable if dates are not met. To this end, compensation claims cannot be entertained if dates are not met.

12. All ownership of the goods shall remain with the seller until payment in full has been made.
